addictive corn dip

This is a very addictive dip...you'll keep wanting to go back for more...one of my families favorite dips...I don't add Cilantro as I detest the stuff...lol! Be my guest and add it if you wish...Enjoy!

Ingredients For addictive corn dip

  • 3 - 11 oz
    cans, mexican corn - drained
  • 2 c
    ( 16 ounces ) sour cream
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 4
    green onions, chopped
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese - or mexican blend
  • 1/2 c
    chopped cilantro - optional - i don't use
  • 1 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cumin or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt or more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper or more to taste
  • tortilla
    chips for dipping

How To Make addictive corn dip

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Stir to blend in seasonings, then refrigerate until chilled before serving. Note: I have also added chopped fine Jalapeno's and chopped black olives...both are also great in this dip... Easy & delicious!
