Easy dip to make, and is very good. This version is low fat. You can use regular sour cream and yogurt, if desired.

Ingredients For dilly veggie dip

  • 1/4 c
    chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh dill weed (or 2 teaspoons dried dill weed)
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    plain nonfat yogurt

How To Make dilly veggie dip

    In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Stir dip before serving. Serve with assorted cup-up vegetables. Store in refrigerator
