Here is my version of the very popular Cocktail Sauce usually served with boiled shrimp. I think it's amazing and may have to make this in larger batches.

Ingredients For cocktail sauce

6 Tbspketchup
-
1 tspdark brown sugar

1/4 tspdry mustard
-
1 - 2 Tbspcreamy horseradish (to taste)

1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tsplemon juice (or more to taste)

dashhot sauce (red tobasco)
How To Make cocktail sauce

1In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well to make sure there are no lumps from the dried mustard. Start with 1 Tbsp horseradish then taste and add more if needed.

2Chill in refrigerator - will last several weeks.

3Use this in place of bottled Cocktail Sauce and always serve this with fried or boiled shrimp, raw or fried oysters, fried fish, etc.
