This is a great recipe for those game days or family get-togethers. I have used this recipe for years and it ALWAYS a hit!

Ingredients For best cheesy nacho dip!

  • 32 oz
    velveeta type cheese
  • 10 oz
    rotel
  • 10 3/4 oz
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 1 lb
    (to 1 1/2 lbs.) ground beef

How To Make best cheesy nacho dip!

    Cut "Velveeta" type cheese block into cubes and put in crock pot turned on HIGH so cheese begins to melt.

    Brown ground beef (if you prefer a meatier dip use 1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef) and chopped onions together. Drain well and add to melted cheese.

    Stir in Rotel (I use the mild type but that is a matter of taste) and Cream of Mushroom soup. Stir everything together well and keep on LOW in the crock pot for serving with Nacho Chips.
