avocado smash
Was searching for a recipe that didn't involve guacamole ..or just plain avocado as a garnish..you see I don't much care for avocado but wanted to find a way to eat it so as to get the health benefits from them..( avocados have healthy fats..which your body needs a certain amount of).. So after searching and coming up empty handed.. I came up with this....this is extremely healthy....hope you enjoy..!!

Ingredients For avocado smash

1avocado, ripe, mashed well

1 med.banana, well mashed

1sm. container of siggi's vanilla icelandic skyr( yogurt )
How To Make avocado smash

11. Peel and mash avocado.

2Add a med. ripe banana..mash well..stir together with Icelandic skyr..mix well..add sliced strawberries or other fruit if desired..eat and enjoy..
