This is an old recipe given to me by my, "Canning buddy" years ago. It's written by hand on a slip of paper. I don't know where this recipe came from, it's one of those handed down from someone who found it somewhere or got it from someone from somewhere. I remember making this and it was sooooo good!

Ingredients For zesty salsa

10 ctomatoes: cored, peeled, seeded, and chopped

5 cgreen peppers: seeded and chopped

5 cchopped onions

2 1/2 chot peppers: seeded and chopped

1 1/4 capple cider vinegar

3 clovegarlic: minced

2 Tbspcilantro

1 Tbspsalt

1 tsphot pepper sauce
How To Make zesty salsa

1Combine all ingredients in a huge pot

2Bring to a boil, simmer 10 minutes

3pack salsa into pint jars: This recipe makes 6 pints

4Hot water bath 15 minutes
