We love the tomato salsa that is served in mexican resterants...so I decided to try to make my own. This is what I came up with. We loved it...hope you will too.

1 28 oz candiced tomatoes

3/4 tspgarlic salt (adjust to your taste)

1/2 tspground cumin

1/4 tspground black peppercorns

1 tspolive oil, extra virgin

1/4 clime juice

1diced jalpeno pepper ( more if you want it hot )

1/4 cdiced fresh cilantro

3 Tbspdiced onion
How To Make tomato salsa dip

1Start with the tomatoes, add each ingrediant one at a time stirring well. Can be chilled or served immediately with corn chips.
