Ingredients For tomatillo salsa

  • 2 lb
    tomatillos husks removed and rinsed
  • 1 md
    onion cut into wedges
  • 5 clove
    garlic
  • 3 md
    jalapeno seeded and halved
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    fresh cilantro

How To Make tomatillo salsa

  • 1
    line a baking sheet with foil. Set broiler to high. Place the tomatillos, onions, garlic, and jalapenos on foil. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper.

    Broil until charred and soft. Add everything to a food processor. Add the cilantro and process until well incorporated.

    taste and adjust for salt.
