Ingredients For smoked salmon tartare

  • 2 oz
    shallots
  • 1 bunch
    fresh dill
  • 1 bunch
    fresh parsley
  • 8 oz
    smoked salmon
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • salt, to taste
  • white pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    walnut oil

How To Make smoked salmon tartare

  • 1
    Finely chop shallots. Chop the dill and the parsley. Finely dice the salmon and mix with shallots, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, white pepper, sour cream, and walnut oil.
