Ingredients For shelley's easy salsa

    large can of rotel tomatoes, original or mild (if you can't fine a large can, use 3 regular size
  • 3
    green onions, quartered
  • 1 1/2
    limes, juice and zest included
  • 6
    large cloves of fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp
    accent
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lawry's garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 bunch
    fresh cilantro, upper stems included
  • 1/2
    seeded fresh jalapeno, (add seeds if you want hotter.

How To Make shelley's easy salsa

  • 1
    Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Will keep in refrigerator for up to a week and a half.

    Note: use a microplane to zest the lime.
