1 Tbspcreamy dijon mustard

1 Tbspdrained capers

2anchovy fillets

1/2 tspred wine vinegar

5 ozolive oil

salt and black pepper to taste
How To Make salsa verde

1Place parsley, basil, mint, garlic, mustard, capers, anchovy, vinegar and oil in a food processor or blender; pulse to a puree. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
