How To Make salsa borracho for enchiladas

1In non-aluminum pan, melt the butter over medium low heat.

2Add the garlic, chili powder and jalapenos.

3Saute until the chili powder begins to foam, then add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

4Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Yield: approximately 3 cups.
