My family absolutely LOVES this salsa. I have tweaked it quite a bit over the years, and now I think it's just right.

Ingredients For salsa
-
8-10 mdyellow and red tomatoes

3 lgwhite or yellow onions
-
3 mdavocados
-
5 clovegarlic
-
2 lggreen peppers
-
2 lgyellow peppers
-
3 smjalapeno peppers
-
3-4 lgears of corn
-
1 canblack beans
-
3 Tbspred wine vinegar
-
1 bunchfresh cilantro
-
4-5 pinchsalt and pepper
-
4-7 dashhot sauce
How To Make salsa

1Slice all tomatoes, onions, avocados and peppers into bite sized chunks and place in very large bowl.

2Mince garlic and add to bowl of veggies.

3Remove corn from ears after cooking and place into bowl with veggies. Drain and rinse black beans and add to mixture.

4Add vinegar, chopped cilantro, salt, pepper and hot sauce and mix. Let set to meld flavors @ least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
