Serve as a salsa cold. If used as a base for shrimp or chicken (add: veg. or chicken broth) (add: can of spiced tomatoes and cup of water) boil down and cook meats in broth.. and serve over rice or Mofongo!!

Ingredients For salsa

4 lgbell papers (1 green, 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 orange) (chopped)

1 lgsweet onion (chopped)

1fresh jalapeno (chopped)

1 bunchfresh cilantro – chopped
-
1 Tbspcapers (whole)
-
1/2 chalved olives w/ pimentos
-
1/4 cwhite wine vinegar
-
2 Tbspdried oregano
-
1 cancan tomato sauce
-
2 Tbspminced garlic. (or more)

1 tspgarlic salt.

3 Tbspolive oil.
How To Make salsa

1Chop Bell peppers, onion, Cilantro & Jalapeno. mix together in a bowl.

2Add all other ingredients and let sit for at least and hour and serve as a salsa or cold topping.

3Alternatively: Use as a base for shrimp or chicken. add to a sauce pan with chicken or Vegi Broth. A can of spiced tomatoes and a cup of water

4Boil down and cook shrimp or chicken in lightly boiling broth and serve ever rice or Mofongo..
