I had two different recipes from two different people. By tweaking, trial and error, I blended the two into one. This makes a large bowl of salsa. Good with chips or fish or chicken.

Ingredients For ree-elle watermelon salsa

  • 1/2
    seedless watermelon, diced
  • 3
    nectarines, peeled and diced
  • 1/2
    red onion, diced fine
  • 1
    yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1
    orange bell pepper, diced
  • 6 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 2
    jalapenos, fresh, seeded and diced fine
  • 1/2 bunch
    cilantro, fresh, stems removed and chopped
  • 2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1
    lime, juiced

How To Make ree-elle watermelon salsa

    Throw all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss it all together. Taste as you go, adjusting to your taste.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld. Can be refrigerated overnight.

    Toss one more time before serving. Serve with chips, or on top of grilled fish or grilled chicken.
