I love pico de gallo but most people put to much cilantro for my taste. I played around with this until i got it the way i liked it. It is the perfect compliment to my tacos made with the machaca...mmmm..yummy goodness!!!

Ingredients For pico de gallo

5-6roma tomatoes..seeded and chopped

1 smyellow onion diced really small

1 smfresh jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped

1 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspchopped fresh cilantro very fine

2 clovefresh garlic minced

1 lglime juice only

1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspchipoltle chile pepper(or red pepper)
How To Make pico de gallo

1Chop every really fine and mix togather

2Serve over just about anything ..its fresh and has a mexican zing
