This is delicious served with fajitas as well as nachos! It's nice that it can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients For pico de gallo

  • 1
    ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 4 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 md
    tomatoes, diced with skins on
  • 1/2
    white onion, chopped
  • 2
    fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1
    juice of 1 lime
  • salt, to taste

How To Make pico de gallo

  • 1
    combine all ingredients in a medium sized plastic or glass mixing bowl.
  • 2
    cover, and reserve until serving time.
