Pico de Gallo can go with any BBQ/cookout. Tastes great with Spanish rice, chicken wrapped in tortilla or Fajitas!

Ingredients For pico de gallo

  • 1 bunch
    cilantro roughly chopped
  • 1 lg
    tomato finely chopped
  • 1 lg
    white onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 md
    serranos finely chopped
  • 3 sm
    limes or lemons *whichever you prefer*

How To Make pico de gallo

    Wash veggies,and hands and have a clean space/cutting board.

    When chopping Serrano, do not d-vein or remove seeds. It's what makes the heat! In a large bowl add chopped tomato, white onion, Serrano, salt, juice of lemons *limes*, cilantro, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes for juice to incorporate. Add to rice, or any meat as a side salsa. Enjoy!
