  • 1/4 c
    white onion, coarsly chopped
  • 1/4 c
    cilantro, chopped
  • 3
    serrano or jalapeno chilies, cored, seeded, coarsely chopped
  • 2 md
    tomateos, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make pico de gallo

  • 1
    Process onion, cilantro and chilies; pulse until vey finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and stir in tomatoes; season with salt and pepper.
