Ingredients For oh my pico de gallo!

2 ctomatoes, fresh if possible, seeded and diced (if canned, drain)

1/2 cchopped onion

2-3 clovegarlic, microplaned or very finely diced

1/2 cchopped cilantro, (fresh only)

1-2jalapenos, chopped finely, remove seeds and membranes as you desire

1 tspsalt and pepper to taste

1/2 tspcumin
-
1/2lime, juiced and zest of 1/2 of the lime as well
-
1 Tbspe virgin olive oil
How To Make oh my pico de gallo!

1Seed and dice tomatoes or drain if using canned (save juice for spaghetti sauce!)

2Add all the rest of the ingredients.

3marinate for a couple of hours if you can at room temperature.
