Ingredients For my version of tomatillo sauce

4tomatillos, washed and peeled

1chipotle pepper, canned packed in adobo sauce (or pepper of your choice)

1 mdonion, cut into a rough chop

3cloves garlic
-
1 tspsugar or honey (or to taste)

1/4 bunchcilantro, chopped

salt & pepper to taste
How To Make my version of tomatillo sauce

1Place the tomatillos, chipotle and onions in water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes until soft and tender.

2Drain water and place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well and then adjust seasonings.

3This sauce can be used on enchiladas, tacos or served with chips
