When we are at the cottage the men like to BBQ the gals do not mind we just have to make a salad so we get a break from cooking every day..this recipe great to have on hand as the recipe makes enough sauce for 5 pounds ribs, a dozen chicken legs and about 20 hamburgers and keeps well for 2 to 3 weeks refrigerated.

1 Tbspdry mustard

1 Tbspheaping of hot horseradish

2 Tbsprice vinegar

1large onion {finely diced}

3large cloves garlic }fine minced}

3 Tbspworcestershire sauce

4 Tbspmaple syrup
How To Make mop sauce

1Saute onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of oil until tender..add remaining ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes or until sauce begins ti thicken.

2Cool and refrigerate in closed container..warm the sauce when ready to use,,will keep for 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator.
