I use this salsa with just about any dish. It is good on fish, chicken, chips and mixed with fresh shrimp.

Ingredients For mango salsa

  • 4
    ripe mangos, diced
  • 1/2
    red onion, chopped
  • 1
    red or orange bell pepper
  • 1
    large jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1
    bunch cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make mango salsa

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a blow and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
