mango necterine salsa
We love this stuff served on grilled fish, also good on grilled fish tacos and grilled chicken. However we mainly eat it with our favorite tortillia chip. My fave is on blue corn tortillia chips.

1-2mangos, diced

1-2necterines, diced

1/4fresh pineapple, diced

1lime, juiced

1-2 Tbsphoney

1-2fresh jalapeno, diced

1/4fresh red bell pepper, diced (for color)

1 smbunch fresh cilantro, chopped
How To Make mango necterine salsa

1Mix all diced vegetables, fruits and herb together, stir until combined.

2Mix honey and lime juice together, stirring until combined.

3Pour honey lime mixture over vegie/fruit mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.

4Chill for at least 1 hr. Serve with your favorite tortillia chip. Also good over grilled fish or chicken.
