lynn's everyday salsa
This is the only way I make salsa anymore and I make at least one batch a week. It's so similar to what the Mexican Restaurants serve everyone loves it. Number of habanero's depends on level of heat you like, I've used up to 4 at times. No cook, just use food processor and your done.

Ingredients For lynn's everyday salsa

28 ozcan whole tomatoes

3/4 cwater

3/4-1 tspgarlic salt

1/4 tspcumin

2 tsplime juice

1 bunchcilantro

How To Make lynn's everyday salsa

1Place habanero's in food processor or blender with 4 or 5 of the whole peeled tomatoes. Blend for a minute or two till peppers are chopped completely. Add the rest of the whole peeled tomatoes and the juice from can.

2Chop on high for another minute or so adding water, garlic salt, cumin, lime juice and cilantro. Start with 1/2 c of water, if you like it thinner add a little more. Taste test and add more spices if desired. I normally use one bunch of cilantro but you can use less or none to suit your taste.
