Ingredients For la vonne's garlic paste

8 mdheads of garlic (not cloves: chopped finely)

1 bunchcurly parsley (chopped finely)

1 bunchitalian parsley (chopped finely)

1/4 bunchcilantro, fresh (chopped finely)

1 tspsea salt

2 tspcoarsely ground black pepper

1 1/2 cextra virgin olive oil
How To Make la vonne's garlic paste

1Once you have peeled and chopped all your garlic

2chop all of your Parsly

3Mix all the ingredients together and use liberally as you desire for salad dressing, marinade or for sauteed or stir fried vegetable

4You can add 1 carrot finely chopped it is such a great addition to the the rub
