Another one of my salsa recipes written down on the back of an old envelope. I used to make this years ago and loved it's zing in chili! Yields about 4 pints

Ingredients For jalapeno salsa

3 ctomatoes: peeled and chopped

3 cjalapenos: seeded and chopped

1 cchopped onion

6 clovegarlic: minced

2 Tbspcilantro, fresh

2 tsporegano, dried

1 1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspcumin

1 ccider vinegar
How To Make jalapeno salsa

1Combine all ingredients into a heavy pot

2Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes. STIR to prevent scorching

3Pour into jars, leave 1/4" head space

4Process hot water bath for 15 minutes
