1Place 3 Roma tomatoes in a chopper and pulse small and cut up, hand dice the other 2 tomatoes in chunks; place in glass bowl that has a cover...

2Mince Garlic add to bowl; chop cilantro sprigs and add to recipe... add the remainder of the seasons, blend well-- allow to chill for 2-3 hours or overnight...

3Serve on toast or tortilla chips with cheese sliced...

4Tip: This is a great recipe to make and add to an omelet the next morning; it will keep up to a week in the fridge... a wonderful summer treat
