Ingredients For healthy tomato salsa

2 cseeded, chopped tomatoes (red, yellow and orange)

1/4 cdiced green or red onion

1/2 tspminced garlic

3/4 tspfreshly ground cumin, roasted

2 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

1jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced

1banana pepper, stemmed and diced
-
1/4 cdiced green mango (optional)

salt and pepper
-
1/2 cminced cilantro leaves (for garnish)
How To Make healthy tomato salsa

1Combine the first seven ingredients and the mango, if using. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate. Just before serving, garnish with the cilantro. The "heat" from the jalapeño is from the seeds and the rib. Remove completely for almost no heat or adjust removal of seeds and ribs according to your spicy preferences.
