2 can26oz. green tomatillos( i use goya brand)

3 clovefresh garlic minced

1/2 csweet onion chopped fine

1 Tbspolive oil
-
1 tspadobo powder with pepper
-
3 sprigserrano chiles
-
1 ccilantro, fresh
How To Make green tomatillo sauce for enhiladas

1In a heavy skillet,sauté the onion,garlic and chiles until soft and translucent in the olive oil,add the adobo,cliantro and the Tomatillos,simmer and break up the tomato when softened for about ten minutes,let cool for five minute.

2place the Tomatillo mixture in your food proscessor or blender and puree! Now you have delicious green sauce for your enchiladas,burritos,rice,chicken,fish,tacos,etc.etc. I have an easy poblano sauce that works well with Mexican foods as well!
