I've been making salsa every week for the last few months, today I think I've perfected it!

Ingredients For fresh homemade salsa

3on-the-vine tomatoes

1jalapeno peppers (i leave just a few seeds in)

1tomatillos, fresh

1serrano chiles
-
1/4 cchopped fresh cilantro

1/4red bell pepper
-
salt and pepper, to taste

juice of one lime
-
1/4medium yellow onion
-
2garliccloves
How To Make fresh homemade salsa

1Quarter tomatoes, peppers, and tomatillo. Depending on your taste, remove some or all of the ribs and seeds from jalepeno and serrano peppers.

2Process all ingredients except onion in food processor, until slightly chunky.

3Add onion, and pulse 2-3 times. Pour into canning jars and refrigerate, or enjoy right away!
