Ingredients For fresh corn zucchini relish

4 cfresh corn

1 1/2 ccopped onion

1 cchopped red bell pepper

1 cchpped green bell pepper

2 ccider vinegar

1 1/2 csugar

4 tspsalt

1 tspcelery seed

1 tspturmerc
-
1 tspmustard seed

1/2 tspdry mustard

3 mdzucchiisied 1/4 inch thick ( 4 cups )
How To Make fresh corn zucchini relish

1In a large kettle or pot combine all ingredients except zucchini. Mix well.

2Simmer uncovered 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

3Add zucchini and simmer 20 minutes longer.

4Put hot into clean canning jars to within 1/4 inch of the top. Wipe jar rim with paper towel.

5Put in a boiling water bath canner for 20 minutes.
