This is my own idea of what I want in a good sweet chile sauce..it is cool sweet then you feel the heat..great for chicken tenders..eggrolls..and I dip my hamburgers in it..yum

Ingredients For fire and ice sauce

1 cantomato sauce

1 ccatsup

2 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1 Tbspgarlic chile sauce

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

1 tspgarlic minced

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 cchopped cilantro

2 Tbspconcentrated orange juice
How To Make fire and ice sauce

1Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor..blend well..( I used a stick blender and made it right in the sauce pan)

2Heat in medium saucepan and simmer for five minutes.. Cool and store in fridge..use as a marinade..dipping sauce..ect
