Ingredients For festival corn salsa

1 cfresh corn kernels, cooked

1ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4" pieces

1/3 cred onion, finely chopped

2ripe plum tomatoes, seeded, finely diced

1.5 tspgarlic, finely minced

1 Tbspfreshly grated lime zest

1/4 cfresh lime juice

1/3 cchopped fresh cilantro
How To Make festival corn salsa

1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cilantro.

3Refrigerate, covered, for up to 2 hours.
