Ingredients For easy peasy mexican layered salad

1 lgiceburg lettuce head, sliced

28 ozblack beans, canned, rinced & drained

16 ozcorn, canned *if frozen defrost & drain*

2 lgtomatoes, chopped

1 mdred onion, chopped
-
8 ozsharp cheddar cheese, shredded *more if you wish*

1 lgbag of tortillas, crushed
- DRESSING
-
16 ozchipotle salsa
-
16 ozavocado ranch dressing
-
2 Tbspcumin powder
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
juice & zest of one lime
How To Make easy peasy mexican layered salad

1Combine dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add sliced lettuce to a large serving dish or pan. Layer beans, corn, onion, tomatoes and dressing on top. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.

2Right before serving, add cheese and crushed tortilla chips on top. Enjoy
