Ingredients For corn salsa & herb cheese ball

  • 1 can
    white shoepeg corn
  • 1 can
    yellow shoepeg corn
  • 1/3 c
    red onion, diced
  • 1/3 c
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cilantro, diced
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 c
    kraft extra virgin olive oil, basil parmesan vinaigrette
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried basil or fresh basil, diced

How To Make corn salsa & herb cheese ball

  • 1
    In a bowl combine the first eight ingredients.

    In another bowl combine the cream cheese and the fresh or dried basil. Chill 10 minutes.

    Roll cream cheese mixture into small balls and add to salsa.

    Toss carefully. Chill at least 30 minutes to an hour.
