One thing I did learn from my grandma was canning. I cherished every moment canning those fresh veggies out of the garden.

Ingredients For canned salsa

2 qttomatoes -- chopped
-
1 mdgreen pepper -- chopped

1 lgred onion -- chopped

2 clovegarlic -- diced
-
1/3 ccilantro -- chopped

2 lgjalapenos -- diced

1/2 capple cider vinegar

2 tsppickling salt

1 tspcumin powder
How To Make canned salsa

1Mix all ingredients together in heavy pot and simmer until thick, stirring frequently.

2May need to add Tomato Paste for thickness.

3Process in pint jars in steam or hot water bath canner for 10 minutes.

4One batch makes about 3 Pints.

5I would suggest making 6 to 10 batches in one pot for canning.
