Ingredients For black bean and feta salsa

1/2 csugar

3/4 capple cider vinegar

3/4 cvegetable oil

3 can(15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed

3 can(15 oz) shoe peg corn, drained & rinsed

1 bunchscallions, chopped

1 bunchcilantro, chopped

1 cfeta cheese, crumbled
How To Make black bean and feta salsa

1Whisk the sugar, vinegar and oil in a large bowl. Add the black beans, corn, scallions, cilantro and cheese and mix well. Chill until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips.
