This is an easy and delicious avocado salsa that is sure to please a crowd! You can increase the heat by adding more chilies or changing the type of chilies used. Anaheim chilies are mild and jalapeños have more heat. Beware, this salsa is very addicting!

Ingredients For avocado green salsa

  • 3/4 c
    chopped red onion
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1 md
    anaheim chili or jalapeño chili
  • 2 lg
    avocados
  • 1/2 lg
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 can
    herdez salsa verde (7 oz)
  • 1/2 can
    hatch green chile enchilada sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 pinch
    salt

How To Make avocado green salsa

    Rough chop the onions, cilantro, garlic, and avocado before adding to the food processor.
