Ingredients For aji picante (columbian hot sauce)

    habanero pepper, seeded
  • 1/2 c
    white vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    cilantro, chopped fresh
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, chopped fresh
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    tomato, chopped

How To Make aji picante (columbian hot sauce)

    Add vinegar, water and habanero in blender and blend for approximately 2 minutes

    Mix remaining ingredients in a non-reactive bowl

    Add vinegar and habanero mixture and mix well
