This makes enough rub for 24 wings. Could also be used on pork ribs.

Ingredients For chipotle rub for wings

  • 2 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 - 2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    chipotle chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground black pepper

How To Make chipotle rub for wings

    In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.

    Place half of the rub in a zipper type bag and add half of the wings. Remove from bag and repeat with remaining rub and wings.

    Use your favorite cooking method.
