How To Make yangnyum kanjang (bulgogi dipping sauce)

1Whisk first 8 ingredients together in a small bowl.

2In another bowl, or mortar and pestle, crush garlic, sugar and salt to a paste. Stir into bowl and mix well.

3Serve in small individual sauce dishes.
