This is the sauce I serve with my chicken souvlaki. It is also good on just about anything else you want to eat it on!

Ingredients For tsatziki sauce

3cucumbers

16 ozsour cream

16 ozplain yogurt

1 to 2 Tbspfresh chopped garlic, depending on preference

1/2 to 1 tspsalt, depending on preference

1/2 to 1 tspwhite pepper, depending on preference

1/2 to 1 tspwhite vinegar, depending on preference
How To Make tsatziki sauce

1Peel the cucumbers. Grate using a hand-held grater. Drain well. Use your hands to squeeze out the excess juice. Combine drained cucumbers with sour cream, yogurt, and seasonings. Mix well. Mixture should be thick.

2Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Adjust seasonings to taste. **Remember** garlic gets more potent the longer it sits, so take that into consideration before adding more.
