Ingredients For tomato/artichoke pesto pasta sauce

1 canartichokes, canned and chopped, liquid reserved

3 lgtomatoes, fresh and chopped

5garlic cloves, crushed

1 lgonion, chopped

2 Tbspflour
-
1 cwater, cold
-
milk
-
1/2 cbasil, fresh chopped

spinach noodles, cooked and drained
How To Make tomato/artichoke pesto pasta sauce

1Saute onion in vinegar.

2Add can of artichokes and liquid - make sure the pieces are bite-sized.

3Mix flour with cold water; add to artichoke mixture and stir while cooking for approximately 5 minutes.

4Skim milk can be added to thin mixture.

5Add the chopped tomatoes, and basil and cook for another 10-15 minutes; serve over spinach noodles.
