Ingredients For spinach and herb pesto

  • 1 c
    each spinach, basil, parsley and cilantro
  • 1/2 c
    blanched almonds
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

How To Make spinach and herb pesto

  • 1
    Place the spinach, basil, parsley, cilantro, almonds, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor with a shoot.
  • 2
    Process drizzling in olive oil until desired consistency. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

    Use for whatever you would use any pesto for.
