Ingredients For speghetti sauce

2 canwhole tomatoes

3-4 clovegarlic

1/2large yellow onion

1 1/2 Tbspbasil, dried

1 1/2 Tbsporegano, dried

1/2-1 tspsalt

2 tspsugar

3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How To Make speghetti sauce

1Saute chopped onions (olive oil) in a large pot on med low heat untill soft and translucent add garlic and saute for about 3 min untill soft.

2add tomatoes add basil and oragano add salt add sugar. cook on med high unitll it comes to a boil then turn down to simmer.

3smash tomoatoes as you are stirring with the spoon or u can use a potaote smasher, let simmer for 2 hours stir occasionaly. store in fridge in jars for up to five days (or freeze in bags if you like) walla sauce! enjoy!
