I found this recipe in Taste of Home, I made the recipe but I altered it to my taste. I posted both ways in the list. Delish. The picture I posted is from the book, however I made the same ribs yesterday and they looked just like this. This sauce really sticks to the ribs! LOL

Ingredients For south carolina-style bbq sauce

1 cred wine vinegar

1 choney (the recipe states 1 cup, however this was too tangy for my taste so i added another cup of honey)

1 cyellow mustard
-
4 Tbspcanola oil ( i did not put this in either)

8 tspworcesteshire, i shook a little more in there than that.

4 tspbutter
-
4 tspcoarsley ground pepper ( i used about 1 1/2)

2 tspsalt

2 tsphot pepper sauce ( i used the green kind)
How To Make south carolina-style bbq sauce

1Mix all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Let cool at least 1 hour before adding to your meat.
