Ingredients For sour cream

  • 2 c
    light cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    buttermilk

How To Make sour cream

  • 1
    Combine in hot clean glass jar with a lid (a canning jar that has been heated in boiling water is good). Cover tightly and shake gently to thoroughly mix. Let stand in a warm place, till thickened, 24-48 hours. Store, covered in refrigerator. Stir before serving.
