Ingredients For smokey chipotle steak sauce

  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 2 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 2
    chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp
    honey
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cilantro, finely chopped

How To Make smokey chipotle steak sauce

    Combine vinegar, garlic, chiles, honey, salt and pepper in food processor and process until smooth.

    While the motor is running, slowly drizzle in the oil until emulsified.
