Ingredients For savory enchilada sauce

1 (15 oz) cantomato sauce

1 (15 oz) canrotel
-
1/4 ccorn oil or oil of choice

1/2 smwhite onion -- diced

1 smjalapeno -- diced
-
2 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1/4 cchili powder
-
2 Tbspadobo all purpose mexican seasoning
How To Make savory enchilada sauce

1Heat stove on medium heat and put oil in sauce pan and let it get hot.

2Add onion and peppers to oil and saute until onions are translucent.

3Then add in vinegar, rotel, tomato sauce, and seasonings.

4Let it cook on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
